Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED- Must be on Ohio Nurse Aide Registry
-CNA- Completion of 75, 120, or 150 hour Certified Nursing Assistant Pgm
HHA- successful completion of a competency evaluation program.
CNA- One year of Certified Nursing Aide-Home Health Hospice.
HHA- One year home health aide, patient tech or other related
experience and/or passes CHI Health at Home’s competency evaluation program (Medicare regulation)
