Responsibilities
As an HR Assistant you will ensure that employee time is processed accurately for the preparation of payroll checks.
Essential Duties:
- Ensure accuracy of timecard edit log entries.
- Process payroll corrections, final payments, PTO Cash Out requests and facilitates overpayment agreements with National Payroll.
- Prepares spreadhseets for employee Accounts Receivable payments, special employment agreements and other special requests.
- Calculates, processes and sumbits Employee Fundraising deductions.
- Requests checks through Accounts Payable for third party payments.
- Verifies Oregon sick hours and pay.
- Responds to all requests for payroll or timekeeping data.
- Processes and codes invoices.
- Orders and maintains supplies.

Qualifications
Experience:
- 2 years Payroll and/or Human Resources experience
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
