Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Interventional Radiology Manager and Director of Radiology, the Supervisor of Interventional Radiology is responsible for direct management of the IR and Neuro IR technologists. In addition, the supervisor will work closely with the IR manager leading operations of Chandler Regional and Mercy Gilbert Medical Centers’ Interventional and Neuro Radiology department.
The Supervisor is responsible for the department's continuous readiness, effective operation and for the continuous improvement of its activities. In addition, the supervisor will provide radiation safety guidance and expertise. Provides leadership and guidance to personnel, and assumes responsibility for their management. Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
4 years Interventional Radiology technology experience
Minimum 2 years leadership experience
Associates Degree
Current BLS plus one of the following:
Current Arizona RN license in good standing -OR-current medical imaging AZ license (MRAD-AZ).
Current Medical Imaging Technology AZ License is preferred
