Responsibilities
- Performs blood collection and specimen processing.
- Assist with clerical duties as requested.
- May perform waived or mod complex testing, if appropriate for the department organization.
- Provide instruction for collection of non-blood samples. i.e. stool, urine, FIT, etc.
- Works primarily in the lab specimen processing/intake department of the lab.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred
Phlebotomy program certificate
Lab Assistant Program certification
