Responsibilities

Position Summary:

 

The Laboratory Technician II collects and processes laboratory specimens under the general direction of licensed laboratory personnel.

Qualifications

Minimum:

 Current California State certification as Phlebotomist is required. 

• Knowledge of medical terminology is required. 

Preferred: 

• Two (2) years acute care experience (or similar work setting) is preferred. 
• Valid drivers license and proof of insurance if using own vehicle is preferred.
