Responsibilities
The Manager of Clinic Operations is responsible for the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth patient flow, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards. This role involves leading and supervising clinic staff, managing budgets, implementing operational policies and procedures, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall patient experience
and achieve organizational goals. The Manager will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction within the clinic setting.
- Engage with the floor. Talk to the staff, the patients, and families. Keep your finger on the pulse of your department so you can keep things running smoothly.
- Coordinates work of licensed and unlicensed personnel in unit(s).
- Develops a cost-effective, 24-hour staffing pattern within the unit(s) to meet needs of patients and labor budget.
- Hires, trains, develops, evaluates, and disciplines staff members.
- Ensures compliance with accrediting and regulatory agencies such as TJC, Health Departments and OSHA.
- Creates a work environment that fosters safety, communication, and positive work environment.
- Ensures the NDNQI benchmarks are met; Encourages staff to participate in the annual Employee Engagement Survey; Creates a culture of safety to ensure Safety Survey targets are met; Encourages staff to achieve national certification, participate in shared governance councils, and be involved in professional organizations and community; Provides an environment that empowers current and emerging leaders.

This position may require direct patient care duties and/or administrator on-call responsibilities

Qualifications
Minimum:
- Three (3) years experience as a clinical supervisor or manager in which administrative, supervisory, and teaching abilities have been demonstrated
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Must hold and maintain AZ or compact state RN license (RN)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CPRBLS)
- American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Must have strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities
