The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans, conducting thorough medical examinations and histories, communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with coding and billing regulations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, performing procedures as needed, collaborating with specialists for further diagnostic evaluation, participating in quality assurance and improvement initiatives, reviewing and analyzing clinical outcomes for continuous improvement, implementing changes to enhance patient care and safety, adhering to ethical and legal standards in medical practice, staying informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, participating in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards, staying abreast of medical advancements and best practices, participating in ongoing medical education and training, contributing to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines, possessing a valid and unrestricted California medical license, being board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA), completing an accredited post-graduate training program, and demonstrating a passion for primary care and building long-term patient relationships, as well as a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
