Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic examinations and therapeutic procedures utilizing radionuclides and radiopharmaceuticals under the direction of physicians licensed to possess and use radioactive materials. Maintains documentation required by local federal and state regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 years acute care experience.
- Current California Nuclear Medicine Technologist license (CT NMT) CPR Venipuncture required upon hire demonstrated competency required within 30-days of hire unless venipuncture is listed on license.
Preferred:
- Computer skills communication skills (both verbal and written) and flexibility to adapt to a variety of workload assignments
- Must have the ability to read write and speak English
- National Nuclear Medicine Registry with ARRT (N) or NMTCB
