Responsibilities
In accordance with the mission and philosophy of Dignity Health Sequoia Hospital the Pharmacist is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for planning implementation and evaluation of care for patients and their families. Applies Dignity Health Core Values to the performance of every job duty.To provide medications sterile and non-sterile products to inpatients and some outpatients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years hospital pharmacy experience and/or residency training preferred.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Pharmacy B.S. Pharmacy M.S. Pharmacy or Pharm. D.
- Completion of annual safety training.
- Completes and maintains required unit specific training Current California Pharmacist license.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years hospital pharmacy experience and/or residency training preferred. Complete annual safety training. Complete and maintain department specific training. Current California license as a Pharmacist required (PHRMDG)
