Job Overview
CommonSpirit Health Yavapai Regional Medical Group is seeking a full-time outpatient Primary Care Physician to join our established and growing practice in Chino Valley, Arizona. As a Primary Care Physician, you will provide patient care in an outpatient setting by diagnosing and treating disorders and diseases, performing patient exams, ordering or conducting diagnostic testing, and developing ongoing treatment and disease-management plans.
In this role, you will also prescribe medication and coordinate referrals as necessary, conduct early-detection screenings, and maintain accurate patient records and charts. Effective communication with patients, physicians, staff, and administration is crucial.
The ideal candidate has excellent clinical skills, is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients, is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Arizona, and is board certified or board eligible in their specialty.

Responsibilities
- Patient population: 18 ; Geriatric
- Work shift: 4 x 10-hour days
- Provider will have 4 hours of administrative time per week
- Daily patient volume: 22-24 patients per day
- EMR: Cerner
- Procedures: Suturing, cyst removal, wound care, EKG's, etc.
- Call: On call up to 4 times per month and the days of the week vary, including weekend call
