Overview
The Program Coordinator is responsible for assessing, planning, directing, implementing, coordinating and evaluating the effectiveness of the day-to-day operations of the Orthopedic program in accordance with facility policies, service line objectives, and clinical standards. Accountable for program accreditation and/or certification by regulatory bodies.
Schedule is days 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.

$39.58 - $70.98 / hour

Qualifications
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified nursing candidates will need the following:
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RNs
- Master's Degree preferred
- Five years experience in acute care
- Two years nursing experience in Orthopedics
- Experience with data analysiis and performance improvement
- Experience with program coordination
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Requires advance knowledge in nursing, evidence-based practice methods, and person-centered care concepts
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and requirements
- RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association.
- Certification in applicabale professional clinical specialty or nursing administration required upon hire or within 6 months (such as CNML)
