Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to patients in their homes, including techniques to improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills.
- Customize therapy strategies to meet individual patient goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment goals, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Provide training and support for family members to assist with therapeutic exercise and strategies at home.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active registered SLP license in the state which you practice and certification (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification
- One-year Speech Therapy experience in a clinical setting.
- Current Drivers License
- Comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations
