Responsibilities
Position Summary
Under general supervision performs EKG’s signal average EKG treadmill stress testing holter monitoring and scanning on neonatal pediatric adolescent adult and geriatric patients per physician request; and to do related duties. Performs electroencephalographs (EEG's)
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- One (1) year experience in a hospital or medical environment with major duties involving direct patient contact and preferably some familiarity with EKG monitoring systems.
- Must possess and maintain a current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Successful completion of a training course which includes electrocardiographic and cardiovascular procedures and equipment. BLS
