Overview

CHI Health Clinic and Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, NE are seeking a BC / BE Neurosurgeon to make a lasting impact. We are seeking a quality-driven, patient-centered BE / BC dual-trained vascular / endovascular Neurosurgeon to join our progressive and rapidly expanding Neuroscience Institute in Omaha, Nebraska. Our strategic plan includes the development of a neurosurgery residency program in the coming years.

The opportunity is open to both the experienced BC Neurosurgeon as well as new board-eligible grads who are looking to be a part of this exciting vision and grow the Neurosurgery Division. This position is perfect for a dual-trained vascular / endovascular Neurosurgeon interested in also maintaining a practice in general neurosurgery in the context of a Level I Trauma Center. Primary practice location is at the Creighton University Medical Center Bergan Mercy.

The Neuroscience Institute integrates leading medical experts in the subspecialties of neurology, neuroradiology, neuro-critical care, radiation oncology, and neurosurgery to offer highly advanced care for patients with the most complex neurological disorders.

Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Certified Center with biplane suite
ACS Level I Trauma Center
Dedicated neurosurgery operating room block time
Modern OR equipment including Kinevo microscope with fluorescence, Stealth navigation, O-Arm, etc.
Collegial partners, APP support for inpatient and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

Patient Care :

Qualifications

American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty

A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible

Pay Range

358.17 - $420.67 / hour
