Do work that matters:
You will provide high-level administrative and business support to the Executive Directors (EDs) of the Coverage teams, to maximise their effectiveness on a day-to-day basis.
Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Extensive and effective diary management;
- Effective and accurate travel and logistics (end to end itineraries);
- Effective management of expenses by enforcement of Group expense policy, accurate processing of expense reports and gifts /entertainment registry submission;
- Document management and maintenance of e-files, documents, share point files;
- Complete timely required Compliance and HR procedures of the EDs;
- Troubleshoot internal systems, desktop applications and procedures;
- Special projects e.g. coordination of events, projections, participation in groups as specified by managers.
We are interested in hearing from you if you have:
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant assisting senior stakeholders within the Banking Industry;
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Self-motivated and proactive style combined with high discretion and confidentiality;
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks within deadlines.
The salary range for this role is from $70,000 to $85,000. The salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
