You will be joining one of our new Multi-Channel Branches as Branch Manager!
What is a Multi-Channel Branch?
Between 8:30-1pm: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions.
After 1pm: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment.
Role
Preference is Full Time position based in Hay Branch – 38 Hours per week
Part Time options potentially available for discussion - please inform us in your cover letter as to your preference and availability.

As Branch Manager at Hay you'll be passionate about leading your team to deliver exceptional service to our diverse range of customers. Using your expertise in motivation, you'll coach your team in offering a range of lending, deposit and wealth management products and services to both new and existing customers.
