As part of the Commercial Banking business, we support medium enterprises with turnovers up to $150M and commercial debt up to $50M across industries like professional services, retail, and wholesale. Focused on customer needs, we offer tailored solutions, including business lending, transaction banking, cash flow and trade finance, asset finance, wealth management, and risk management.
As a key member of the Relationship Management team, you will
Conduct research and analysis to build a client and industry insights database.
Strengthen client relationships through data-driven solutions.
Perform financial modelling to support decision-making.
Assess risks and opportunities for new lending.
Prepare detailed credit risk submissions.
Collaborate with product specialists on tailored solutions.
Support reporting and monitor performance metrics.
Gain exposure to sophisticated Commercial Banking clients and deals.
It's not a secret that we are a high-performing team, so we are looking for the same attributes in you. What are we looking for?
Experience in business or commercial banking is ideal.
Background in a Tier 1 or 2 accounting firm is highly regarded.
Skilled in writing and analysing credit transactions and annual reviews.
Strong understanding of balance sheets, profit & loss, loan structuring, and security structuring.
Comfortable working in a complex, deadline-driven environment.
Confident communicator across all levels.
Tertiary qualifications in commerce, accounting, or a related discipline preferred.
CA or CPA qualification (or working towards it) is advantageous.
