The Marketing and Corporate Affairs team’s purpose is to inspire trust in CBA. We deliver world-class marketing and corporate affairs strategy and communication. Our strategy and communication has national coverage and encompasses all mediums to reach our target segments.
Your team is Operations and Technology (Ops & Tech). Our purpose is to enable better customer and business outcomes by driving efficiency, effectiveness and by mitigating risk through managing centralised high-level marketing processes, implementing and optimising MCA MarTech, and providing expertise and support for delivery of prioritised technology initiatives.
Your responsibilities:
- Actively participates and supports the ongoing content management and governance of Intranet platform to maintain usability, stability and resilience, including risk assessments in partnership with site owner and author groups and direct involvement with the technology team
- Support users for Group Intranet - primary author support and content advisor, engaging with users, site owners and authors, collaborating with site owners and authors to optimise communications and content to improve user experience
- Creates, manages and runs all site owner and author forums and training on how to use the Intranet authoring system, site management, content creation and management. Creates and maintains support materials, including training videos, communications and presentations, to keep authors and site owners abreast of updates, requirements, ways to present and optimise content, adherence to accessibility standards and data classification requirements according to best practice
- Evaluate existing online content, processes and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the user journey and experience and reduce user effort
- Maintains content governance and updates content governance guideline
- Use analytics, research and feedback as a basis to deliver an effective solution.
- Manage content requirements by; identifying content needs, creating content strategies, managing stakeholders, editing existing and helping create new content
- Manage the team's inbox, home page comments and Viva channels, responding to enquiries
- Work in partnership with Product Owners, EUX, UXD, delivery tech team and key stakeholders to deliver a seamless and effective digital experience
- Manages and creates content for Intranet Support site, including guides, reference materials, videos

- Have 2 years of experience in digital content management
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend best practice solutions for digital experiences.
- Strong stakeholder management, oral and written communication skills.
