Do work that matters
As the Product Owner – Enabling Platforms, you will play a key role in optimising our HR technology to deliver seamless, personalised, and flexible employee experiences. You will own the product vision, goals, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with crew objectives and business priorities.
More specifically, as an Executive Product Owner, you will:
- Define and deliver the product vision, goals, and roadmap in partnership with business and technology stakeholders
- Manage the end-to-end value delivery and product lifecycle, including requirements management, deployment, and release coordination
- Design human-centred solutions that enhance the employee experience while meeting business needs
- Ensure delivery frameworks and compliance guardrails are adhered to across customer propositions
- Drive product exploration using human-centred design thinking and analytics to validate product strategy and design
- Maintain a prioritised product backlog to deliver measurable business and customer outcomes
- Manage senior business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency in prioritisation and goals
- Role model continuous improvement and customer focus while driving squad effectiveness and agile maturity

- Expertise in HR processes and technology, with a focus on employee experience
- Experience delivering technology change within an agile framework
- Strong communication skills to bring product visions and user stories to life
- Proven ability to translate product visions into actionable roadmaps and backlogs
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritisation skills
- A collaborative leadership style to inspire cross-functional squads
- Backgrounds in delivery, product management, business analysis, scrum mastery, or project management
- Significant experience in HR technology
