What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Events Assistant position at Commonwealth Care Alliance?
- Participates in the set-up of events, which includes but is not limited to, displays, kiosks, tents, tables, etc. - Provides preliminary information regarding the various CCA Health Plans to potential new members. - Monitors, summarizes and reports on daily enrollments at the conclusion of each event. Identifies key issues/concerns and provides potential solutions for management review. - Assists the marketing staff in the distribution of literature at various locations and special events. - Manages collateral inventory to ensure all vehicles have updated supplies and marketing materials needed for specific events. Coordinates re-orders, as needed. - Obtains weekly schedule of events and drives vehicle to designated sites. Manages time and plans for alternative routes to ensure timely arrival at events. - Maintains log of vehicle maintenance. - Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
