Call Center Representative:
We are currently accepting applications for Full-Time Call Center Representatives located at our corporate office.
As a Call Center Representative, your major responsibilities will include:
· Assisting members and potential members with their financial needs via telephone.
· Perform transactions with accuracy.
· Explain products and services, and refer members to appropriate personnel.
· Ensure that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared.
· Maintain and update member account information on computer system.
Our ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in a credit union or bank a plus.
Pay Range: $22.00/hour - $28.00/hour; based on skills and experience.
