Stout’s Island Lodge is a magical resort located in the middle of Red Cedar Lake near Rice Lake, Wisconsin. Our high-end, food and service-focused restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week. We also host amazing weddings and corporate events.
If you’re a skilled server and have always wanted to take a boat to work, this is the job for you.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience; a passion and knowledge of food, wine, beer and spirits and a solid understand of service and hospitality.
Minimum Qualifications:
- One plus year serving experience
- Solid working knowledge and a passion for mixed cocktails, beverages, and fine cuisine
- Must love people and deliver warm and professional service to our guest
- Flexible schedule, requiring nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Team player
