Our Member Solutions Representatives play a very important role in helping our members get back on their feet and rebuild a relationship with Commonwealth Credit Union, which may have been affected by circumstances that are outside of the member's control. For that reason, qualified applicants must embody our values of integrity, commitment and genuine care for others. They must also be willing to maintain a professional image, particularly in communication.
The duties of a Member Solutions Representative include, but are not limited to:
- Adhering to confidentiality in communicating with members, management and staff.
- Adequately seeking information regarding the member's financial needs.
- Showing initiative to continue moving the collection process forward while assisting members with financial solutions.
- Proficiently using technology systems for communication, tracking and required documentation.
- Organizing daily duties to ensure all tasks and follow up items are completed on time.
SOME SATURDAY HOURS ARE REQUIRED.
