We are seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our growing, group practice at Commonwealth Dentistry. As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive excellent care and have a positive experience at our dental office.

- Manage phone calls and schedule patient appointments, including gathering insurance information and updating patient records
- Ensure the schedule is filled for the dentist and hygienist, using various reports and coordinating with the clinical team
- Reinforce the financial policy of the office and ensure that payments are current
- Check in patients using dental software and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
- Enter transactions and process payments during patient check-out
- Maintain electronic records for patients, including updating demographic and insurance information as needed
Requirements:

- Computer literacy, including experience with dental software (preferred)
