Job Description
· Perform replacement of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components
· Perform heavy engine rebuilds and tear downs
· Utilize all technical support resources (parts and maintenance manuals)
· Diagnose mechanical problems and repair equipment
· Inspect, repair, and replace defective or worn parts, such as bearings, pistons, and gears
· Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
· Execute test runs on machines to verify the machine is operating smoothly and has no mechanical issues.
· Maintain work area is in a safe, clean, and orderly manner
· Provide accurate and sufficient information on all required documents
The Requirements:
· Heavy Equipment repair and maintenance: 2 years
· Hydraulics: 2 years
· Full engine rebuild experience
· Diesel engines: 2 years
· Clean motor vehicle record
· Crusher and Screener experience preferred
· Proficiency with required technology, including iOS and MS Windows products
· Must be able to diagnose and repair equipment
· Physical ability to work under temperature extremes and for extended hours.
· CAT ET experience
· Volvo experience
Compensation/Benefits:
· $28.00-$40.00 hourly
o Hourly rate varies to experience and location. We also offer unlimited overtime

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
