Responsibilities
Agency, Advisor, and Client Service, including greeting and engaging associates, guests, and callers promptly in a friendly and professional manner
o Serve as the first impression to office visitors, anticipating client needs and providing personalized service
o Build and nurture strong relationships with clients
o Maintain the professional appearance of all office space
o Manage conference room calendaring
o Assist with on-site event and meeting details
o Coordinate building access management
o Manage inventory of office and kitchen supplies, keys, and seating charts
o Assist with administrative functions for associates and colleagues
o Handle last-minute changes and resolve issues promptly
o Assist or prepare correspondence as requested
o Process the incoming and outgoing mail
o Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
o Proven experience in a customer service or concierge role
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
o Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
o Professional demeanor and appearance
o Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
o Knowledgeable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
