Key Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for the primary administrative oversight of the Generational Planning Team, duties regarding the two books of business of its current advisors, its clientele from an administrative standpoint, new business management and aid in the direction of the Team acting as a cornerstone for growth and service together.
Main tasks will include:
• Schedule management for advisors
• CRM management for advisors
• New business management for investment, insurance and financial plans
• Client contact where necessary to facilitate transactions and resolve issues
• Ongoing service for existing clients
• Tracking of key metrics & reporting
• Leading of twice weekly team meetings
• Engaging with our parent firm for periodic training & collaboration

Compensation and Benefits
• Hourly Wage: $25/hour periodic bonus incentive plan
• Weekly Hours: ~40 (full time, more or less depending on seasonal workload)
• Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, etc.

• Flexibility to work from home and prioritize personal commitments where necessary
Ideal Work Experience
• 3 years in administrative management, ideally in a finance role
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience working with professional clientele
• Proficient in Microsoft suite & ability to learn proprietary systems
• Investment and/or insurance experience and professional licensing a plus
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
