A rapidly growing financial services firm is seeking an HR and Office Coordinator. This blended role includes HR Coordinator responsibilities while providing front desk support in our flagship office in the Seaport District in Boston, MA, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Responsibilities for Office Coordinator
o Agency, Advisor, and Client Service, including greeting and engaging associates, guests, and callers promptly in a friendly and professional manner
o Mail & package management and check processing following FINRA guidelines
o Maintaining conference rooms, reservable spaces, and breakrooms
o Managing conference room calendars
o Assist with on-site event and meeting details
o Building access management
o Office supplies, key management, and seating charts
Responsibilities for HR Coordinator
o Provide various administrative support to HR functions and processes
o Assist with HR projects
o Support staff recruitment through posting, onboarding, and offboarding process.
o Assist with HR-related employee requests
o Assist with maintaining labor laws and posting regulations
o Make copies, scans, and email documents as needed
o Assist or prepare correspondence as requested
o Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
o Associate or Bachelor’s degree
o Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
o Proficient in time management
o Strong attention to detail skills
o Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
o Ability to work in a team environment with a positive and professional attitude
o 1-2 years of customer service
o 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience preferred
o 1-2 years of HR support experience preferred
