We're looking for an exceptional RF Systems Manager to join our team at Commonwealth Fusion Systems. As an RF Systems Manager, you'll oversee the design, prototyping, manufacturing, integration, commissioning, and delivery of RF systems for our fusion power plants. This role requires a strong background in RF system architecture, modeling/simulation, design, integration, test, and operation. You'll also manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance on RF design practices, testing, troubleshooting, modeling, and simulation techniques. Furthermore, you'll be responsible for managing contracts with component vendors to ensure the highest quality and reliability.
