Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized patient care using various therapy techniques.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations.
- Instruct PTAs, family members and other caregivers on proper therapy techniques.
- Oversee clinic operations and patient scheduling.
- Mentor and coach PTs and other staff members.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy and evidence-based practices.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy; DPT
- Connecticut State License
- First Aid, AED, and BLS certifications.
