EDUCATION: High school graduate.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Four years of sub professional or professional experience in a food service operation.

Expectations for this position include but are not limited to:
- Supervising employees in the prepping, preparing and serving meals while maintaining dietary work areas, equipment and utensils in a safe clean and sanitary condition.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, assign and, supervise staff to lead them to be successful and accomplish all goals necessary.
- Reviews menus and production sheets to ensure food is available for meals and snacks.
- Trains the staff and evaluates their performance, providing feedback to food service operations manager II and director.
- Ensures scheduled cleaning duties are completed.
