The Food Preparation Center Coordinator position is responsible for food service operations at the Bowling Green Veterans Center.
Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To
EDUCATION: High school graduate.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Four years of sub professional or professional experience in a food service operation.

- Supervising and coordinates the daily operation of dietary staff and the serving line
- Training employees in proper procedures and sanitization
- Ensuring that meals are served in a timely, efficient, sanitary and safe manner
- Ordering and receiving food stores
- Reviewing and maintaining routine records such as food inventory, temperatures, deliveries, etc.
