The Department of Pretrial Services has an immediate need for a Program Project Coordinator in Adair County.
The Program Project Coordinator is responsible for administrative, clerical duties to assist the department regional staff in programs and projects including the preparation, review, and maintenance of all special projects and reports. Other coordinator responsibilities will include assisting with schedules, training, and quality assurance.
Examples Of Duties Or Responsibilities
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: NONE
Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: NONE
Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Associates Degree w/2 years job related experience or High School Degree w/4 years job related experience
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.): Must have and maintain valid Kentucky driver's license
Working Conditions
Work is typically within an office setting. Statewide travel.

- Calendaring department resources (maintaining the resource calendar for ss and updating as requested by management.
- Facilitating and coordinating project meetings as requested.
- Assisting with submission of requested project management.
- Assisting with customer support inquiries.
- Working with staff to provide assistance as time allows on project activities writing and editing department artifacts including policies, procedures, and practices.
- Maintaining department documents, records, and repositories.
- Coordinating schedules and travel for conferences/meetings.
- Assisting with department duties such as special projects, grants, and site visits.
- Other duties as assigned.
