The Department of Specialty Courts has an immediate opening for a Regional Supervisor based in Franklin County but will serve Statewide.
Job Duties Include
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in human service field
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: NONE
Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: NONE.
Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Assoc/ 3 years job related experience or high school diploma/ 5 years job related experience.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (AGE, LICENSURE, REGULATION, ETC.): NONE
Working Conditions
Work is typically performed in an office setting. Ability to travel statewide.

Job Duties Include
- Responsible for administering and supervising staff in a broad geographic area. This entails seeing that all necessary administrative functions are carried out and completed. Implements central office directives and informs central office of local office needs and problems.
- Assist in screening and interviewing potential candidates.
- Supervises and evaluates work of field personnel.
- Conducts on the job personnel training.
- May recommend training and needs assessment.
- May act as a liaison between central staff and local officials.
- Prepares filed visit reports.
- Monitors workload and recommends staffing adjustments to management.
- Reviews and monitors timesheet, travel voucher, and program statistics.
- Oversight of specific federal grants.
- Other duties as assigned.
