THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will access Enterprise Content Services (ECS) to identify and rectify document or check discrepancies. Each image must be analyzed, exceptions reviewed, and appropriate actions determined to address the issues, which may include completing the document, printing it for rescanning, or forwarding it to a supervisor for further evaluation, including printing for the supervisor to obtain the correct wid number. If necessary, a physical document or check may be printed to aid in resolving the discrepancy. All discrepancies requiring system review will be directed to the supervisor. Additionally, you will prepare a daily report detailing production, including the type of work completed or pending, whether images were printed or not, the imagers' names, imaging dates, exception IDs, reasons for exceptions, and time spent on each task, for the supervisor's review.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 75 hours bi-weekly
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Six or more months of experience using a computer.
