Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 2 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
- A bachelor's degree in parks and recreation, landscape architecture, or planning; and nine years of progressively responsible experience in the recreation and conservation field which includes four years of managerial experience; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training which includes a minimum of four years of managerial experience.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Experience with fiscal management and budgetary requests.
- Experience managing a grant program.
- Experience developing, planning and implementing a multi-year strategic plan.
- Experience with public speaking and presentations.
- Experience with high level officials, partnerships with diverse groups and diplomacy in professional high profile settings.
