DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this role, you will take on semi-skilled manual labor focused on constructing and maintaining the Shikellamy State Park. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and operating the Inflatable Dam. Your responsibilities will include patching holes and clearing debris from around the bags, ensuring optimal functionality. In this role, you will tackle minor repair tasks on a routine basis, usually with general supervision. You will also have the opportunity to assist a journeyman tradesman or foreman with regular maintenance jobs. You will take charge of preventative and operational maintenance for facilities and equipment, which includes cleaning, executing basic repairs, and making necessary adjustments. Your contributions will ensure everything is running smoothly and efficiently.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Seasonal full-time employment without benefits. The season runs from approximately March until December at which time the employee is placed on leave without pay.
- Shift hours and days vary due to operational need, with a 30-minute lunch
- Weekends, holidays, and all shifts as needed at 37.5 hours per week

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
