In the role of Clerical Assistant 1, you will function as a records management and file scanning clerk, offering essential administrative assistance for District Mining Operations. In this role, you will serve as a records management and file scanning clerk, offering administrative assistance to District Mining Operations. Your responsibilities will include organizing a range of permitting documents in accordance with established protocols. Additionally, you will assess current and future requirements for file space and organization, identify methods to meet those needs, and execute changes as directed by your supervisor.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
  • Limited-term full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
  • Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting hourly wage of $17.00 (before taxes).
