Clinical Dietitian Position
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Clinical Dietitian to join our team at the Department of Human Services (DHS), Selinsgrove Center.
This role requires exceptional nutritional care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize nutritional care programs for residents with developmental disabilities
- Analyze menus for nutritional accuracy and complete new admission and annual nutritional assessments
- Maintain charts, update dietary files, and document all actions regarding patient care in a computerized nutritional management system
- Implement training for general staff and provide special instructions to food service staff
Requirements:
- Certification as a Registered Dietitian as defined by the Commission on Registration of the American Dietetic Association
- Meet the PA residency requirement
- Ability to perform essential job functions
