DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Corrections Facility Maintenance Manager 3, you will oversee the maintenance and repairs at SCI Phoenix. You will provide supervision to facility maintenance and trade staff, ensuring the facility is well-maintained. You will be tasked with reviewing reports, proposals, and observing the facility to prioritize preventive maintenance, construction projects, and workload. Your responsibilities will also include having a written plan for the preventative maintenance of the physical plant which should include provisions for emergency repairs and replacements in life-threatening situations. Although construction projects are important, they will not take precedence over the primary function of the facility.

W ork Schedule and Additional Information :
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 7 : 30 AM to 3 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Work schedule may change as operationally necessary.
