In this position, you will be responsible for planning, assigning, supervising, and coordinating plumbing, water supply, and heating maintenance projects. This will involve managing tasks through written work requests, preventive checklists, job conferences, project reviews, and on-site inspections to ensure that essential utilities are effectively delivered where needed. You will handle the opening, repair, and renovation of drains, wastewater lines, screen boxes, steam lines, condensate return lines, water lines, and other related systems. Additionally, you will repair, rebuild, and manage the issuance of materials necessary to maintain pumps, valves, steam traps, pressure-reducing stations, expansion joints, hot water generators, automatic temperature control systems, and other plumbing and utilities equipment. You will handle routine decisions and situations independently.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 1st shift (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM), Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Overtime and travel: As needed

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of skilled trades work experience in commercial, industrial, multi-unit residential facilities, or utility plant operations; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Special Requirement:
- This position requires possession of an active motor vehicle license.
