DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As an Insurance Company Financial Analyst Manager, you will be overseeing analysts' workflow while prioritizing the analysis process. This includes reviewing staff work, participating in financial examinations and meetings, and instructing staff on the application of risk-focused surveillance concepts, best practices, and advanced analytical skills. Work involves organizing and presenting the results of research and analysis as well as applying accounting principles and best practices to identify solutions to problems. You will be required to maintain an advanced understanding of insurance financial and operational risks, risk management techniques, and transaction flows. You will have the opportunity to analyze, develop, and implement program policies, procedures, standards, and requirements, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Additionally, you will communicate and correspond with company executives, department staff, other regulators, and the NAIC to investigate issues identified during the analysis process and evaluate whether additional regulatory actions are warranted.

Work Schedule and Additional Information :
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework : You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
