THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this role, you will be overseeing and managing all aspect of the Community Services Program within your assigned region. Your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating operations to ensure effective service delivery and compliance with regulations for the overall health and welfare of individuals in the program. You will also have extensive leadership responsibilities, advising executive staff and participating in decision-making processes related to program quality, risk management, and compliance. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing policies, providing supervision for staff, and addressing issues such as audits and community placements. Your decisions and actions will have a significant impact on the success of the program and the well-being of individuals involved.

Work Schedule and Additional Information :
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework : You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. You will be required to report to the office in Pittsburgh 1 day per month. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Pittsburgh.
