- DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In accordance with the Preventive Maintenance Program, you are responsible for cleaning, greasing, oiling, and adjusting various types of mechanical equipment as part of the preventive maintenance process. This includes the application of fertilizer and herbicides, trimming tall grass in hard-to-access areas, and mowing grass using non-commercial lawn tools.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5-hour work week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
- Overtime and travel may be required as needed.
