You will be responsible for overseeing and directing clinical services aimed at the habilitation, rehabilitation, and social development of court-committed, adjudicated delinquent youth. Key duties include reviewing, analyzing, evaluating, and continually improving clinical treatment programs while ensuring compliance with BJJS and Department of Human Services policies and procedures. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Travel: Required
- Overtime: As Needed
- May change based on operational needs.
- You must be willing to accept employment at North Central Secure Treatment Unit and commute to this location in Montour County.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Licensed Psychologist MH or a Psychologist (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year of experience as a licensed professional psychologist in the treatment of inmates or individuals with mental illness, mental retardation and/or behavioral dysfunction.
Special Requirement:
- This position requires possession of a current license to practice psychology as issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Psychology or possession of a current license to practice psychology as issued by another state with licensure requirements acceptable to the Board. Applicants with out of state licensure must obtain Pennsylvania licensure within one year of employment.
Other Requirements:
- PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
- Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
