In this position, you will be responsible for tasks across electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and masonry trades. Your duties will include both rough and finished carpentry, preparing and painting interior and exterior surfaces, and installing or repairing fixtures such as sinks and faucets. You will also be tasked with installing and replacing electrical panels, circuits, and lighting, as well as repairing air conditioning and heating systems. Additional responsibilities will involve snow removal and concrete or masonry repairs. Regular use and maintenance of both manual and power tools of the trade will be required.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Sunday - Saturday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $39,785.00 (before taxes).

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or
- Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.
Additional Requirement:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Experience in industrial carpentry
- Experience working in the electrical trade field
- Experience in the plumbing trade
- Experience with 3-phase wiring to include emergency generators, automatic transfer switches, switch gears, and 3-phase panels
- Experience in the maintenance and repair of refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Experience with domestic hot water mixing valves, recirculating loops, aqua stats, and instantaneous water heaters
- Experience with the provisions of Life Safety Codes and Uniform Construction Code (UCC), as it relates to repairs of buildings
- Structural experience in the maintenance or repair of buildings
- Experience in commercial maintenance of buildings and equipment
