DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a DCNR Park Resource Ranger, your primary role will involve ensuring the safety and well-being of park visitors. Some of your responsibilities will be inspecting park buildings, facilities, and grounds to identify and address any safety hazards promptly. Your duties will also include providing information to park visitors about park facilities, services, nearby state parks, and offering emergency assistance when necessary. You will also provide customer service to individuals by assisting in park office, marina, and campground functions. Your commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment will play a crucial part in enhancing the overall experience for everyone who visits.

Work Schedule and Additional Information :
- Seasonal, full-time employment without benefits.
- Work hours are 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM, Thursday - Monday, with a 30-minute lunch. Work hours and days vary based on operational needs.
- Weekends, holidays, and all shifts as needed at 37.5 hours per week
