DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Podiatrist, you will examine, diagnose and treat foot ailments and deformities for patients residing at Norristown State Hospital. You will confer with medical and professional staff in the treatment of systemic disorders, consult with s taff regarding patients referred for foot surgery, and recommend diagnostic procedures, medications, and physical therapy . You will also p rescribe corrective footwear, make or order shoe inserts, and c onduct training with patients and staff regarding foot care.

Work Schedule and Additional Information :
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. May change based on operational needs.
- Overtime and travel as needed
