General Description:
This position is responsible for leading and managing Employer Engagement and Career Services special programs, such as grant funded programs and data reporting. The Coordinator is responsible for shaping the department’s data strategy and serves as the primary point of contact for select grant and special programs.

This position is responsible for leading and managing Employer Engagement and Career Services special programs, such as grant funded programs and data reporting. The Coordinator is responsible for shaping the department’s data strategy and serves as the primary point of contact for select grant and special programs.
Duties and Tasks:
- Build relationships with necessary constituents to ensure seamless delivery of programs
- Serve as a point of contact for prospective and current internal or external partners to ensure efficient operations and execution of select programs or grants
- Develop strategy to collect and analyze data for ongoing and annual reporting and First Destination Survey.
- Develop and implement evaluation and assessment efforts to consistently review program frameworks and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with a team to manage administrative functions for grant and other department programs.
- Serve as the primary lead and project manager for compliance and related documentation needed for program delivery
- Collaborate with the Director, Business Engagement & Career Services to create and monitor annual operational plans and budgets.

- Ability to coordinate programs with a wide range of college faculty and staff, community, and business leaders.
- Ability to deliver public presentations to a variety of audiences, including business partners, students, and college administrators.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in organizing data and create text and graphic reports
- Experience with project management and data reporting.
- Experience in determining program effectiveness and implement evaluation and process improvement.
- Experience in Microsoft Office products, including Excel/Pivot, as well as other reporting and analysis tools
- Experience in coordinating the development and implementation of grant programs with appropriate stakeholders.
- Experience in a community college/university, related to data outcomes.
- Experience managing the National Association of Colleges and Employers First Destination Survey
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
