We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Electrician to join our team at Commonwealth Rolled Products. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical equipment and systems in our manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, test, calibrate, repair, maintain, various types of measuring, indicating, timing, communications, combustion control, control instruments, electrical equipment, circuits, and systems.
- Perform layout and installation of electrical equipment and circuits according to specifications, working from general instructions, prints, diagrams, and electrical codes.
- Maintain a clean and orderly condition in shop and work areas, observing all safety rules.
- Collaborate with management to troubleshoot and carry out specific repairs on specified direct metal making process computer equipment.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least three years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment, or a two-year electrical program from a technical college, plus one year of electrical maintenance experience.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
